Frequently asked questionsWhy are you called “Pads And Paws”?Our company is named in honour of our neighbours wonderful cats “Fletcher and Maddie”, who visit our home every morning and evening. Anyone who has a cat will tell you that cats are very discerning creatures and I hope that we demonstrate the same when selecting our products! How can I pay for my order?We accept payment by PayPal (which includes debit/credit card payments). If you wish to pay by personal cheque please contact me by email and I will confirm payment details by return. How much is postage & packing? When you checkout your postal charges will be calculated for you. We give you the option of 1st, 2nd and Recorded deliveries. We offer FREE postage and packing for all despatches within the UK where you select 2nd class Small packet and Standard Parcel services. For 1st class and Recorded Selections there is a nominal flat rate fee applied to your order. We supply to all countries within the EU and also the USA - postage is charged at a flat fee per order. How long will it take to
receive my order? We aim to ship your order on the next business day and you should expect to receive it within 3 working days. |
